SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALL PACKAGES ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM , WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NATIONAL HOLIDAYS WHERE CARRIERS DO NOT PICK UP PACKAGES.
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE PACKED IN BOX OR ENVELOPE PACKAGING. ALL SHOES ARE NOT SHIPPED WITH BOXES.
ORDERS ARE FULFILLED FOLLOWING VERIFICATION AND CREDIT AUTHORIZATION.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IS INPUT CORRECTLY AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IS INPUT INCORRECTLY, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS NEEDED.
IF YOU FAIL TO RECEIVE AN ORDER UPDATE DUE TO MANUAL VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ABLE TO FURTHER ASSIST YOU.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER DUE TO POTENTIAL FRAUD.
ALL ORDERS BEING PLACED WITH NEXT DAY SHIPPING, TWO DAY SHIPPING OR THREE DAY SHIPPING MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 2:00 P.M. PST IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN THE CORRECTIVE TIME FRAME.
WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OR DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping (3-5 business days)
2. USPS Express mail (3 business days)
Express Shipping address must be verified for approval.
International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 4MEN & 4HER BOUTIQUE is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NATURA SALUD BELLEZA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NATURA SALUD BELLEZA will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
SHOULD YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AFTER HOURS, ON A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
