All sales are FINAL! Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order if there are any issues. Thank you for your business!
In extenuating circumstances, exchanges may be made. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at Naturasaludbelleza26@gmail.com If your exchange is accepted, customer will pay for return shipping with tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Underwear accessories, personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns or exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
All Sale items are final sale. No refunds! We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and order must be shipped back within 7 days. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs.

We will have to provide YOU an email confirmation NATURA SALUD BELLEZA authorizing you to return the item(s) for refunds, exchange, or store credits.
Any returns without proper authorization will be refused or will be returned back to the sender.
 Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team on Naturasaludbelleza26@gmail.com with your order number, a picture and the description of the fault in your item. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
